The offices are available for rent at an all-in rate of €250 per workstation per month. For larger offices, the rent per workstation will be reduced.

The displayed rent is an all-inclusive rate, including internet, services, energy, and optional furniture.

PARKING
There are ample parking spaces available under the building. The parking spaces are available for rent at a monthly fee of €250. Visitors can also easily park their cars under the building. The cost for this is €2.50 per hour.
