De locatie van Raamplein 1 is uitstekend. Het bevindt zich op nog geen 200 meter van het Leidseplein. Verschillende trams vertrekken vanaf het Leidseplein naar metro- en treinstations. Zo ben je vanaf Raamplein binnen 10 minuten bij de NoordZuid lijn halte Vijzelgracht. In de directe omgeving zijn voldoende lunchfaciliteiten beschikbaar zoals Raam Amsterdam.
