Nucatus is gelegen op een uitstekend zichtbare en bereikbare locatie aan de A9 in Amsterdam Zuidoost. Met de auto is Nucatus direct bereikbaar via de rijksweg A2 en indirect via de A1, A9 en A10.

Per openbaar vervoer:
Het kantoorgebouw is per openbaar vervoer goed te bereiken via metrostation Bullewijk, met aansluiting van metrolijnen 50 en 54. Beide lijnen staan in directe verbinding met NS-stations Holendrecht, Bijlmer Arena en Amstel.
