DELIVERY LEVEL
Each private office is fully equipped with high-speed internet and a private phone line. The offices feature ergonomic furniture, adjustable air conditioning, adjustable lighting, and secure access. The building and private offices are accessible 24/7. Additionally, there is a manned reception offering various support services during office hours.

AVAILABILITY
There are 5 types of offices available for rent, ranging from smaller 3-person offices to private compounds. Below is an overview of the different options:
- Junior office | 15 m² to 28 m²
- Senior office | 30 m² to 40 m²
- Premium Offices | 40 m² to 70 m²
- Executive offices | 70 m² to 90 m²
- Presidential Suite Offices | 100 m² to 250 m²

It is possible to combine multiple offices.

RENTAL TERM:
Rental terms start from 12 months. Short rental periods are possible by agreement.

SECURITY
The tenant must provide a bank guarantee equal to at least 2 months' rent plus service charges and VAT.

PARKING
It is possible to rent parking spaces on the premises of the building. It is also possible to park for free in the immediate vicinity of the building.

The Lobby Den Bosch is gevestigd op het bedrijventerrein “De Herven”. Een bedrijventerrein met grote verscheidenheid in uitstraling en functies. Ook is de Bossche Woonboulevard met al haar voorzieningen op loopafstand gelegen. Met Den Bosch centrum niet ver gelegen kan je genieten van alle horecagelegenheden en winkels die zij te bieden heeft. De balans tussen winkelen, horeca en werken is uitstekend.

Bereikbaarheid
Door de ligging nabij de op- en afritten van de A2 (Amsterdam- Maastricht) met een directe aansluiting op de A59 (Breda- ‘s-Hertogenbosch) en A50 (Nijmegen-’s-Hertogenbosch) is het gebouw met eigen vervoer zeer goed bereikbaar. Verder bevindt zich in de directe omgeving een bushalte waardoor de bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer goed te noemen is.
