The Rotterdam Building is located in an excellent location in the center of Rotterdam. The building is a landmark office building. The brand-new entrance and the high-quality finished offices, equipped with large windows overlooking the city, make it a sought-after location for businesses and professionals. For rent, we have small offices available, from two workstations to a half, private wing.

ROTTERDAM BUILDING
The building at Aert van Nesstraat 45 in Rotterdam, also known as the Rotterdam Building, is a striking office building with a rich history. Designed in the 1970s by the architect Kraaijvanger, the Rotterdam Building has since undergone a complete sustainable transformation and now offers hospitality facilities and versatile office spaces. Representative, fully renovated full-service offices have been established on the ninth through twelfth floors. Below is an overview of the different types of offices:
