The building has a total area of approximately 3,800 m², with spaces available from 14 to 300 m². The property was built in the 1960s as a jersey and knitwear factory. After the last occupants left the building in 2020, it was time for a major transformation, during which the building was also significantly modernized. MIAMI
To create an appealing image that fits the new use of Vrieslantlaan 6, inspiration was drawn from the 1960s roots of the building: glazed bricks in soft yellow, dark and azure blue, and a profiled façade finish. The slim window frames with lots of glass and the industrial glass roofs in the former production area complete the look. Jin Jersey is a tropical surprise amidst Utrecht’s furniture boulevard! DIVERSE RANGE OF SPACES
Approximately 40 spaces of different sizes have been created, some within the existing structure and some through newly designed units placed centrally in the building. Each zone in the building has its own character, ranging from more enclosed and subdued in color and material, to spaces with lots of glass and natural light, as well as more vibrant colors. All the original elements have been preserved as much as possible and refreshed with a new layer of color. In addition to offices, gym spaces, and studios, there is ample room for individual workstations. There are also places where you can meet others or have lunch.

PARKING
There is limited paid parking in the surrounding area (only on weekdays from 6:00 to 11:00). However, the building is a five-minute walk from the IKEA parking garage, where parking is free.

LIGGING EN BEREIKBAARHEID
Utrecht is het bruisende en kloppende hart van Nederland. Jin Jersey bevindt zich op het bedrijventerrein Kanaleneiland, op het adres Vrieslantlaan 6. Dit bedrijventerrein is voornamelijk bekend door haar functie als woonboulevard met grote winkels als IKEA, Leen Bakker en Kwantum. Deze locatie is zowel met de fiets, het OV als met de auto zeer goed te bereiken.

Zo ben je er met de fiets in 10 tot 15 minuten vanaf Utrecht CS of bijvoorbeeld Het ledig erf. De openbaar vervoerverbindingen zijn goed. De Vrieslantlaan ligt op een paar minuten lopen van de sneltramhalte Kanaleneiland Zuid. Vanaf hier vertrekken verschillende trams in de richtingen van Utrecht CS, IJsselstein en Nieuwegein. Ook vertrekken verschillende bussen nabij Jin Jersey die de Vrieslantlaan verbinden met overige delen van Utrecht en daarbuiten. Door de centrale ligging van Utrecht is Jin Jersey met de auto uitstekend bereikbaar vanuit de rest van Nederland. De Vrieslantlaan is gelegen nabij afrit 17 van de ring A12. Vanaf hier zijn de A2, A27 en A28 binnen enkele minuten te bereiken. Je bent binnen 25 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam, maar door de centrale ligging in Nederland zijn bijvoorbeeld ook Rotterdam, Den Haag, Eindhoven, Nijmegen, Den Bosch en Arnhem zijn goed te bereiken.
