SERVICE COSTS
The following services are included in the monthly rent:

PARKING

Kantoorgebouw 'The GRID' is gelegen op het kantorenpark 'Rijnsweerd Noord' te Utrecht, aan de oostzijde van Utrecht, tussen het Utrecht Science Park (De Uithof) en de binnenstad van Utrecht.

De bereikbaarheid middels het openbaar vervoer is zeer goed te noemen. Zo is het treinstation Utrecht CS middels de HOV-busbaan binnen 10 minuten te bereiken. Met het eigen vervoer is de bereikbaarheid ook uitstekend te noemen. De op en afritten van de A27 en A28 zijn gelegen naast en het gebouw en de A12 is binnen enkele minuten te bereiken via de Waterlinieweg
