FABRIEK59 is named after the former textile processing company that opened at this location in 1959. The business was originally founded in 1919 by Leon Kalfus in Berlin, before moving to Tilburg's Trouwlaan in 1934. In 1959, Leon Kalfus established a large sorting facility at the current FABRIEK59 location, where around 100 employees worked on sorting used clothing.

LEASE TERMS:
Rental price:
€2.150,-- per month, excluding VAT.
VAT:
The landlord opts for VAT-taxed rent. If the tenant cannot deduct VAT, the rental price will be adjusted in consultation to compensate for the lost VAT deduction.
Indexation:
The rent will be adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI), starting one year after the lease commencement date.
Lease term:
Available on short notice.
Minimum lease period: 2 years, followed by renewal periods of 5 or 10 years.
Lease agreement:
Standard ROZ model 2003; office space and other business premises under Article 7:230a of the Dutch Civil Code, with additional clauses if necessary.
Security deposit:

Payment terms:
