Advance payment for service
Lessee will in consultation with Lessor determine the services which Lessee would like Lessor to provide. These service charges are per m² per year, to be increased with VAT and will be paid quarterly in advance with a final payment based on actual costs.

Rent adjustment
Annual, on the basis of the change to the monthly price index figure according to the consumer price index (CPI), series CPI "all households" (2015=100), most recently published by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS).
