THE BUILDING
The Hourglass building is located on the South Axis. It concludes office space for the tax and law firm Loyens & Loeff as well as a short stay hotel and a two-storey car park. 

The building is inspired by the work of Romanian sculptor Constantin Brâncu?i and shaped – as the name suggests – like an hourglass. The light stone facade and the warm use of materials give Hourglass a classic and international vibe. A large glass entrance hall is constructed on Parnassusweg. The accessibility will even be further optimized following the infrastructural project “Zuidasdok”, which include an expansion of the train station named the "Brittenpassage" which will be even closer to Hourglass and bringing the A10 highway underground.
