At Boutique Offices Amsterdam, you won't find impersonal, atmospheric office space, but a scalable plug-and-play working environment for your organization. Stylish décor, ergonomic office furniture, high-tech ICT solutions and access to the boutique gym are all part of your new office space.

Housing Costs
At the location, you pay a monthly user fee per employee of your organization. This user fee includes access to all locations in the Netherlands, where you can use the full serviced offices, co-working spaces and meeting rooms. Your company therefore always has a representative office location available with national coverage. The user fee is charged only on the times when you actually use the office. Location: Located right by the central station of Amsterdam.

Parking
If you do come to the office by car, you can park in the Oosterdok parking garage. This parking garage is located under the Hilton Double Tree. It is possible to purchase the office space in the new office space.

Completion
is scheduled for Q1 of 2024.

Early bird
With this pre-membership we will introduce you to the world of hybrid working, and you can use all existing locations. As soon as the work is completed, your organization will have first access to this unique workplace in Amsterdam. Naturally, you will only pay for membership once the location has officially opened.
