The building is located at Sarphatistraat 370 in the center of Amsterdam. In this unique national monument called "The Bell", located near the well-known Tropenmuseum, we offer high quality full-service offices. The offices can be rented against flexible conditions.

The BELL
The building is a National Monument of approximately 6,696 sqm and dates from 1873. The BELL is composed of four floors. In 2010, due to changing needs, the building was extensively renovated under the watchful eye of architect Holl.

Now, 14 years to the day, the wing building will be further transformed into a hybrid work hub fully equipped to meet the needs of the urban professional. Several new "pay-as-you-go" services and amenities will be offered. These include a modern coffee bar, high-end meeting rooms and flex spaces.

Several full-service offices are available for lease, which vary in various sizes. The offices are spread over the ground, first and second floors. The offices range from 18 sqm to 144 sqm. It is possible to combine several offices with each other.
