Villa Heidezicht is a beautiful office villa with a rich history. Originally built as a farmstead, the villa was given a thatched roof in 1882 and transformed into a luxury residence. In 1925, the villa was partially destroyed by fire and was subsequently rebuilt. Over the years, the building has been expanded and modernized to meet contemporary needs.
Throughout the years, the villa has served various functions. Until 1991, it operated as a tax office, where road taxes were paid in person. Due to its favorable location, Villa Heidezicht was highly accessible. Because of the large number of taxpayers visiting, the garden was converted into a parking lot at the time.
