HISTORY OF VILLA HEIDEZICHT: FROM FARMSTEAD TO OFFICE VILLA
Villa Heidezicht is a beautiful office villa with a rich history. Originally built as a farmstead, the villa was given a thatched roof in 1882 and transformed into a luxury residence. In 1925, the villa was partially destroyed by fire and subsequently rebuilt. Over the years, the building has been expanded and modernized to meet contemporary needs.

The villa has served various functions over the years. Until 1991, it operated as a tax office, where road taxes were paid in person. Due to its excellent location, Villa Heidezicht was easily accessible. Because of the high number of taxpayers visiting, the garden was converted into a parking lot at the time.
