In addition to flexible workspaces, private offices are also available for rent. Below is an overview of the different types:
Serviced Offices:
- Type 1: 1-2 person office
- Type 2: 3-5 person office
- Type 3: 5-6 person office
- Type 4: 6-10 person office
- Type 5: 10 person office
- Type 6: 12 person office
It is possible to combine different offices into a larger unit.
Private Compounds:
- Type A: 150 m²
- Type B: 150 m² to 225 m²
- Type I: 250 m² to 300 m²
- Type U: 400 m² to 700 m²
RENTAL PRICES
Offices are available for rent from EUR 350 per workspace, per month.
SERVICE COSTS
Rental prices are all-inclusive, excluding VAT.

Parking subscription via Mobility-s.
RENTAL TERM
From 12 months. Shorter rental periods are possible in consultation.
