The rental price is €1750 per month excluding VAT, the service costs are €150 per month including heat, water and electricity to be settled afterwards based on subsequent calculation of the actual costs divided on the basis of m2 VVO. VAT
The tenant declares that he will use the rented property for at least 90% for services that entitle him to deduct sales tax.
