Rental price
The rental price is €1750 per month excluding VAT, the service costs are €150 per month including heat, water and electricity to be settled afterwards based on subsequent calculation of the actual costs divided on the basis of m2 VVO. Administration costs for the service costs €5 per month. The tenant must provide his own internet and telephone connections.

Paid parking on public roads. There is a public underground parking garage 100 meters away.

Monthly in advance.

VAT
The tenant declares that he will use the rented property for at least 90% for services that entitle him to deduct sales tax. If at any time the tenant no longer meets the criterion, it is agreed that the basic rent, excluding sales tax, will be increased in such a way that the financial disadvantage incurred by the landlord is compensated.

Rent indexation
Annually based on the Consumer Price Index, CPI series - all households (2015=100) as published by Statistics Netherlands.

Rental term
Minimum 3 years, thereafter can be terminated quarterly by both tenant and landlord. Extension option at the end of the rental period is negotiable.
