This is a sublease (with the owner's/landlord’s permission). The property is shared with the other (main) tenant.
Tenants are responsible for organizing and paying for gas, water, and electricity.
Lease terms are negotiable, but a long-term lease is possible. Preference is given to a 2-year agreement with a 6-month notice period.
The current tenant's inventory may be available for takeover.
If the main tenant terminates the lease, this will also apply to you (this will be communicated in advance).
A security deposit/bank guarantee equal to 3 months' rent.
Service costs of €80 per month (excluding VAT) for: maintenance of fire extinguishing equipment, heating system maintenance, overhead door maintenance, use of alarm system with monitoring (Class 3), and window cleaning.
