Active since 1997

A brief look back… .. On October 27, 1997, Dick van Ravens started the office from his home in Oostvoorne, after which he was legally sworn in as a broker in 1999 and became a member of the NVM brokerage association. In 2000 his brother Roland van Ravens joined because of the increasing activities. It soon became apparent that working from home was no longer an option and the office moved to the Turfkade in the historic center of Brielle. Assistant real estate agent Charon Visser, assistant real estate agent in training Sarina Bestebroer and back office employee Ciska Langendoen complete the team. In 2022 we excist 25 years!

Knowledge

For 25 years, we have been enthusiastically engaged in the sale, purchase, rental and (WOZ) appraisals of existing buildings, new construction and commercial real estate on Voorne-Putten. We know why a house differs in price ten meters away, when there are particularities with an object or when the sun actually shines inside. Knowledge of the housing market is crucial as a real estate agent and we have it. As an NVM broker, we are well trained because we commit to regular training.

Thanks to our personal, open and honest attitude, Van Ravens Makelaardij has grown into the largest and best-selling real estate agency in the municipality of Brielle. We are actively involved in the “ins and outs” in the area and are at the forefront of the latest real estate developments. For example, we have had a digital shop window for years and we work with all kinds of social media tools and we continue to innovate. We work every day with a lot of commitment and passion. That is the broker of today, in 2024!
