LOCATION
BoksheideBuiten is located at the edge of the municipality of Eersel, not far from the Belgian border in nature reserve the Kempen. A rural setting for nature lovers and a good base for many beautiful routes for both cycling, motorcycling, horse riding, walking and driving.

All daily amenities are located at +/- 10 (car) minutes.
Eindhoven Airport and the centre of Eindhoven can be reached within 30 minutes.

Throughout the year, guests of all ages, such as families with children, complete families and groups of friends, enjoy staying in the Cottages around the atmospheric and cosy yard at BoksheideBuiten, especially on weekends. The midweek stays are mostly occupied by longer-stay guests. This also applies to the accommodation options filled by migrant workers.

COTTAGES
The luxury cottages are built in country style with an industrial touch and all have their own unique atmosphere and appearance. They are equipped with all comforts and daily necessities, such as underfloor heating, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, smoke and Co2 detectors, a first-aid box and fire extinguisher. In addition, each Cottage in the outdoor area has its own fire pit, picnic table and BBQ.

STABLES AND OTHER FACILITIES
The yard is equipped with 5 horse stables, on the premises of the Cottages. These stables are used for housing guests' horses. The horse stables are equipped with partly hardwood, partly galvanised front and partition walls with sliding doors and an overhang at the front. A spacious washing area with cold water is available.

Not only horses are welcome at BoksheideBuiten, guests' dogs also find a nice place to stay. The yard also has a rural chicken enclosure with about 7 chickens.

At BoksheideBuiten you can experience unique pony riding lessons, the ponies used for this purpose, Navida and Floris, continue to inhabit the yard. The ponies are also an important link during the coaching sessions currently being conducted at the yard by the current owner. Navida and Floris are ridden with a bareback pad and a western bridle without bit, just like in a real cowboy movie. CE approved caps and bodyprotectors are available for guests.

The round pen is fenced with chestnut wood, fitting into the natural environment and equipped with a sandy bottom and lighting. Next to the roundpen, 6 paddocks have been constructed, fenced with chestnut posts and electric fencing and equipped with a sand floor. The paddocks are equipped with Suevia acid-free drinking troughs.

MEADOW AND PADDOCKS PARADISE
Part of the meadow is laid out as a Paddock Paradise (approx. 3,000 m²), an alternation of narrow and wider paths, a hill and a wadi, several feeding areas with hay and palisade walls for protection from the cold wind and opportunities for sanding.

In the puzzle place, the horses can search for concentrate feed, a mineral rock and mineral bar are available. The horses have access to fresh drinking water in several places.

A herb buffet has been realised, incorporated in an old pit ring no less than 165 cm in diameter, there is something for the horses to feast on.

The Paddock Paradise has been planted naturally with shade trees, edible hedges and candy bushes. This planting protects the horses from the wind and creates resting areas. It is an equestrian garden with a natural habitat for horses, along with rabbits, partridges, nuthatches, creepers, red and green woodpecker, wood pigeon, blackbirds and more small bird species. A natural environment that offers experience and challenge to the ponies and horses.

DETACHED MAIN HOUSE
The attached main house at the front of the property has a capacity of about 300 m³. However, there are also possibilities for new construction of a main house with a capacity of up to 1,000 m³.

The fully insulated house is furnished on the ground floor with a spacious living room, which is finished with a tiled floor and stucco walls. A fireplace with a wood-burning stove provides a pleasant atmosphere and extra warmth. The kitchen has an updated wall-mounted kitchen unit, which is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and dishwasher, among other things. The kitchen has direct access to the rear garden and terrace. The fully tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower and handheld shower, a floating toilet, a fixed washbasin and a design radiator.
