Landlord Bouwinvest and Albert Heijn will create a new second entrance to the supermarket (largest in the city centre) at the Oldenbarneveltplaats in Rotterdam. Bouwinvest aims to complete this entrance and passageway before the summer of 2024. On behalf of the landlord, we are offering retail units adjacent to the new entrance that contribute to the supermarket and revitalized retail strip.
