Parking:
At the Markt there are a number of parking spaces (blue zone). Within walking distance is the Kloosterplein parking lot with a large number of free parking spaces. In addition, in the vicinity there are a large number of parking spaces available (paid parking) such as around the town hall and theater the Hofnar, the Gele Rijdersplein, Kerverijplein and Carillonplein.
The municipality is redesigning the center including parking.
Lease provisions:
* Lease period 5 + 5 years.
* Term of notice 1 year.
* Bank guarantee in the amount of 3 months rent, plus VAT and service costs.
* Annual rent increase, for the first time one year after commencement date, based on the monthly price index figure according to the consumer price index CPI all households (2006 = 100, or most recent time base), published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).
* Rent payments are due per month in advance.
* If the tenant does not meet the '90% criterion' (proportion of taxed services), the rental will be exempt from turnover tax. If so, the agreed basic rent, excluding sales tax, will be increased in such a way that the financial disadvantage for the landlord is compensated.
* The lease will be drawn up according to the latest model drawn up by the Real Estate Council (ROZ).
